Rice takes center stage in this workshop dedicated to the most authentic Indian cuisine. You will discover the freshness of *Hariyali Tawa Pulao*, an aromatic vegan dish from the North, and the smoothness of *Curd Rice* from the South, made with yogurt and spices. Two recipes, two regions, and one experience: traveling through India by way of its most treasured grain.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Anjalina Chugani is a chef, teacher, and author of two books dedicated to Indian gastronomy and the world of spices. Trained at the Hoffman school, she shares her passion for authentic Indian cuisine, Ayurveda, and the spice route, bringing tradition, freshness, and fun into every recipe.
TILDA
Tilda is a brand of authentic basmati rice of Indian origin, with over 50 years of experience, recognized for its high quality and considered one of the best in the world. Its philosophy focuses on respecting the authenticity of the grain and offering rice with great flavor, aroma, and texture.
