WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
A hands-on workshop to learn how to prepare filter coffee at home in a simple way. We will work with three very popular methods: the French Press, AeroPress, and V60, and discover how variables such as the grind, the coffee-to-water ratio, and the pouring technique can transform the final result in the cup.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Sula Espai is a space dedicated to specialty coffee in Barcelona, where they select coffees from different origins with special attention to quality, traceability, and the work of producers and roasters. Through the coffee-tasting experience, education, and outreach, their project seeks to bring specialty coffee to everyone and help them discover new ways to enjoy it.
WHAT WILL YOU GAIN FROM THE EXPERIENCE?
You will learn how to prepare filter coffee step-by-step and discover how to improve your coffee at home with small changes in the preparation. While we brew, you will taste the different coffees prepared during the workshop and take home practical tips to enjoy your daily coffee much more.
