WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Dr. Stravinsky introduces you to craft and modern cocktail making with this exclusive workshop. Experimenting with the versatility of Maldon Salt and the importance of salt in cocktail making, you will have the opportunity to craft cocktails with a conscience using working techniques such as freshening, finings and pouring.

If Dr. Stravinsky is known for anything, it is for their meticulous attention to detail in crafting unique and exquisite cocktails. At Dr. Stravinsky they put their whole heart into every drink they create, making much of their own distillates in-house and working with local producers, artisans like themselves, and taking care of every detail so that the footprint of our joys is as clean as possible.

In this edition, the emblematic brand Sal Maldon will once again act as the main thread of the workshops, through which the versatility of salt in different areas of gastronomy will be demonstrated.
