WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Learn how to prepare fresh semolina pasta with your own hands, practice different shapes and unleash your creativity in this workshop with chef Lluvia Caron. We will teach you step by step how to make the dough and all the tricks you need to give it consistency. Bring your take away container so you can take home your preparations!
LLUVIA CARON
La Mano de Masa is Lluvia Caron's itinerant fresh, creative and plant-based pasta project. In it you will discover her gastronomic vision, always based on vegetables, with the aim of creating a more respectful world with the environment and animals.
MALDON SALT
In this edition, the emblematic brand Sal Maldon will once again act as the main thread of the workshops, through which the versatility of salt in different areas of gastronomy will be demonstrated.
