WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Learn the history of Tête de Moine cheese through a storyteller, see all the varieties that exist and all the fun ways it can be worked, make cheese flowers and taste it.We all want to be kids! We will end up giving them comics, so they can paint them and take it home as a souvenir.
JUDIT FORNER
Judit Forner is a cheese professional, actress and passionate about natural cooking. She works at Llet crua, an artisan cheese factory located in Sants that is dedicated to finding producers who make cheese following artisanal and respectful processes
CHEESES FROM SWITZERLAND
In this edition, Quesos de Suiza offers a unique experience through a workshop with "Tete de Moine" as the protagonist, bringing the cheese tradition closer and transmitting the values of artisan products to the little ones.

To book the workshop, please show up at the Mini All Those area the same day around 30 minutes before the workshop. Places are limited to 12 kids per workshop.
Children's workshops are free of charge. You can buy your advance ticket to the festival here. Children under 12 years enter for free.
