WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Dive into the world of cool, vegan dips now that summer is here. Sweet potato and miso dip, vegan nut-based "cheese", beetroot hummus and chocolate hummus with a touch of Maldon Salt. Anna will explain how to make them all, you'll taste them all, and want more and more!
VEG CORNER
Anna Salvato showcases the more creative and functional side of vegan eating from her Instagram account Vegan Corner. After a year traveling the world and collecting the best recipes, she now intends to share them with all her followers.
MALDON SALT
In this edition, the emblematic brand Sal Maldon will once again act as the main thread of the workshops, through which the versatility of salt in different areas of gastronomy will be demonstrated.
