WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Have fun creating sourdough bread sourdough, experimenting with textures and flavors and learning how to make chocolate bread. Easy steps to enter the world of fermentation and learn a little bit more. They will take their bread home to bake at their leisure.
BONSFOCS
Bonsfocs is a workshop of artisan bread made with sourdough created by Mònica de la Asunción. Her intention is to recover traditions and deeply respect the natural order of life. That's why her bread tastes just like the old ones, without chemicals and without haste.

Sunday May 28, 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
To book the workshop, please show up at the Mini All Those area the same day around 30 minutes before the workshop. Places are limited to 12 kids per workshop.
Children's workshops are free of charge. You can buy your advance ticket to the festival here. Children under 12 years enter for free.
