WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Whether or not you know what an Onigiri is, it will become your new summer snack. You will learn how to make two types of onigiris that are classic, healthy and above all… UMAMI! One of the classic samurai snacks that you can now make at home!
MA! CONDIMENTS
María José Mantilla is a cook and designer born in Bogotá but with a devotion for Asian cuisine and fermentation techniques. In 2018 she decided to create Ma!, a project dedicated to fermentation that unites Japanese fermentation techniques, Mediterranean soil and Colombian passion.
MALDON SALT
In this edition, the emblematic brand Sal Maldon will once again act as the main thread of the workshops, through which the versatility of salt in different areas of gastronomy will be demonstrated.
