WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Learn how to make a sourdough for baking and how to keep it alive. In this workshop you will learn all the technical explanation and put into practice all the learning by creating your own sourdough bread, taking home with you a jar of sourdough to continue the experience yourself.
PA DE KILO
Pa de Kilo is the visible face of Oswaldo Brito (former professor at the Hoffman Escola d’Hostaleria) and Jordi Mestre (founder of Nomad Café). Every morning they manually light the oven they have in Raval to offer us specialty breads made with sourdough.
MALDON SALT
In this edition, the emblematic brand Sal Maldon will once again act as the main thread of the workshops, through which the versatility of salt in different areas of gastronomy will be demonstrated.
