Hot sauce lover? In this workshop you will learn how to build any hot sauce: its formats, its ingredients, how to combine them and how to achieve the desired textures. All this to pay tribute to chili and always guided by Mario Pérez, Peruvian chef of Nomad Coffee.
Bravasa is the name of their sauce, but it is also the story of a family of hot pepper lovers who wanted to share their devotion to chili peppers with the world. In 2018, the family set out to experiment, with Mario Perez in the kitchen and Andrea Costa in the design they managed to create a unique product: Bravasa.
In this edition, the emblematic brand Sal Maldon will once again act as the main thread of the workshops, through which the versatility of salt in different areas of gastronomy will be demonstrated.
