WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
The best raw vegan brownie is in this course and you will learn how to make it to perfection. Lore Salas will guide you step by step on how to prepare it and combine it with a chocolate cream, avocado and Maldon salt. An original dessert that you can easily repeat at home.

Lorena Salas is the chef behind Dates and Avocados, a project that aims to teach a creative, 100% natural, plant-based pastry, free of refined and processed ingredients through her social networks, her online cooking school Áurea and the in-person workshops she organizes in her studio in Barcelona.
MALDON SALT
In this edition, the emblematic brand Sal Maldon will once again act as the main thread of the workshops, through which the versatility of salt in different areas of gastronomy will be demonstrated.
