2 h · 12 places · 5 wines · guided tasting · classic and natural at the same table
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION
It's perfectly fine to like both
Trends come and go: after a huge natural wave, the latest thing is to go back to the wines your father loved and your grandmother never did.
What if, at the end of the day, none of this mattered? In this session we invite you to set aside each winery's narrative and focus on quality criteria that work for any wine, whether classic or natural.
And, above all, to stop judging what our neighbour likes.
How it works
Jérôme will guide the tasting of 5 wines, both classic and natural, while we talk about what we find in each glass. We'll compare styles, share impressions and explore together what makes a wine good, beyond the label.
No experience is required. The session is designed for anyone who wants to enjoy wine without prejudice, better understand what they're drinking and choose with their own judgement.
JÉRÔME
Jérôme Siffermann has spent more than 15 years immersed in the world of natural, artisanal and high-end wine. His experience has been built through tastings, travel and encounters with producers.
He has been working at Cuvée 3000 for over 10 years, and previously worked at Lavinia (Paris) and Wein & Glas (Berlin).
He enjoys and shares his passion for wine, always with an open and curious outlook, attentive to how the sector evolves and far from labels or closed views.
