Cannelloni made by you for the festive table
Cannelloni are one of the great festive classics in Catalonia, a recipe closely tied to tradition and to making the most of every ingredient. With La Referència, you'll discover how to prepare them using market-cooking ingredients, explore different filling options and learn the keys to making them at home too.
We'll start by preparing and tasting an aperitif together before getting hands-on. To finish, you'll prepare your own tray of cannelloni to take home, ready to bake and share with your loved ones.
How it works
La Referència will guide you throughout the workshop, sharing techniques, tradition and cultural context through demonstrations, advice and practical tips. Then you'll get hands-on and put what you've learned into practice, always with their guidance.
What will we do?

· Prepare and taste an aperitif to open the workshop
· Explore different filling ideas and how to get the most out of them
· Put the techniques into practice and prepare the cannelloni step by step
· Share tips and advice so you can repeat the recipe at home
· Prepare a tray to take home and enjoy in good company
No experience is required. The workshop is designed for all levels and for anyone who wants to learn how to make cannelloni and repeat the recipe at home.
LA REFERÈNCIA
La Referència is a gastronomic project by Cesc Alonso and Nàdia Martin that brings together food and design through Catalan-rooted cooking.
They work from the product, the season and local sourcing, but also from everything behind each recipe, celebrating tradition, its history and its origins.
