EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION
An immersion into the world of cacao to discover how true Bean to Bar chocolate is made. Led by Kina Chocolates, you will follow the process from bean to bar: make your own cacao paste, learn the key stages of transformation, and explore the history and origins of cacao.
The workshop will include a guided tasting of eight chocolates from different origins, comparing aromas, flavours and textures to understand how variety, terroir and production shape each bar.
KINA CHOCOLATES
Kina Chocolates is an artisan Bean to Bar chocolate maker working with fine-flavour cacao. They source directly from small producers and transform the cacao in their own workshop, creating internationally recognised bars and experiences that bring the fascinating world of cacao closer to the public.
WHAT WILL YOU GET FROM THIS EXPERIENCE?
