EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION
Flowers that follow their own movement
In this workshop, you'll work with flowers grown by Flora et Labora according to the rhythms of nature and the seasons. You'll discover their approach to naturalistic floristry: observing each stem, understanding how flowers interact with one another and composing through movement, proportion and balance.
Far from the rules of a conventional bouquet, you'll experiment with flowers, greenery and unusual materials to create a free, organic and personal piece that you'll take home.
How it works
Flora et Labora will guide you through the whole process, from selecting the floral material to creating the final composition. You'll observe the different stems, work with their shapes and movements, and experiment with volume, texture and proportion to create a balanced, natural piece.
No experience is required. The workshop is designed to discover a different way of understanding floristry, one that is closer to the rhythms of nature and free from rigid formulas.
FLORA ET LABORA
Flora et Labora is a floral studio based in Beget, in the Alta Garrotxa region, where they grow their own flowers organically and seasonally.
Their work combines growing and floral design for events, weddings and workshops, with an ethical and aesthetic commitment to working with their own plant material and reducing their impact on the landscape.
