WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

We will explore the fusion of sweet and savoury flavours in our workshop, creating 3 original snacks designed to delight in a single bite. We will experiment with ingredients associated with both sweet and savoury tastes, seeking the perfect balance. In the end, you will receive a recipe booklet and get to enjoy a unique tasting experience. Join us to discover new gastronomic combinations!

SANISIMVS

Sanisimvs, the sweet cooking project by Georgina Inglavaga, was born in 2020. It provides healthier and more sustainable pastry for everyone. Find her as a cook and pastry chef at Espacio Puntal. Discover her delicious and conscious approach!.

WORKSHOP BY MALDON SALT

In this edition, the emblematic Sal Maldon brand will once again act as the guiding thread of a programme of workshops, through which the versatility of salt in different areas of gastronomy will be demonstrated.
