WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

We will learn about the history of Emmentaler AOP, the authentic and original cheese with holes, through an interactive and fun storytelling session. We will taste Emmentaler cheese to get to know its flavour and we will mix it with other products to experience its contrasts. In addition, we will finish by handing out some comics so that the little ones can paint them and take a souvenir home with them.

JUDITH FORNER

Judith Forner is a cheesemonger, actress and passionate about natural cooking. She works at Llet crua, an artisan cheese factory located in Sants that is dedicated to finding producers who make cheese following artisanal and respectful processes.

QUESOS DE SUIZA

In this edition, Quesos de Suiza offers a unique experience through a workshop with "Tete de Moine" as the protagonist, bringing the cheese tradition closer and transmitting the values of artisan products to the little ones.

INFORMATION

Saturday 11th November from 11:30am to 12:30pm, from 1pm to 2pm, from 2:30pm to 3:30pm and from 4pm to 5pm.

Sunday 12th November from 11:30am to 12:30pm, from 1pm to 2pm, from 2:30pm to 3:30pm and from 4pm to 5pm.

The workshop is conducted in Catalan and Spanish

Places for the workshop are limited to 12 boys and girls per workshop. To secure your place, you can reserve the workshop through the website with a €2 deposit. If there are places available, you can also reserve the place on the same day that the activity takes place in the Mini All Those area.

We recommend coming as early as possible and at least 30 minutes in advance.
