WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Discover the cuisine of Chef Javier Medvedovsky, learning ancient techniques such as germination, dehydration, fermentation and blending in a unique recipe: the Cosmic Pizza, from its dehydrated dough based on carrot and sprouted seeds to the fermented cashew cheese with quinoa rejuvelac.

Spiritual Chef is Javier Medvedovsky. A chef who understands recipes and food from their roots to their preparation, who cooks with awareness and respect for the environment. His aim is to plant a seed in each of us to create awareness in the way we eat.

Naturitas has the purpose of bringing the benefits of natural health to more people through its online store specialized in natural and organic products.
In this edition, Naturitas will convey the importance of healthy eating and self-care through a workshop program.
