In this workshop, you'll prepare three simple and flavorful ideas, perfect as starters or snacks. You'll learn to enjoy California Walnuts as a delicious snack or a key ingredient in creative recipes, such as walnut hummus, Omega-3 guacamole, and sweet potato truffles. Ready to cook?
ALBITRIPS
Alba Fernández, a traveler and lover of Mediterranean cuisine, began sharing one of her great passions with the world in 2019: delicious, healthy, and simple cooking. Currently, her Instagram account @albitrips is followed by more than 130,000 people, and with the help of her partner Sergi, they have already accumulated over 700 recipes that are pure fantasy! At the end of the workshop Alba Fernández will present and sell her new book "Fantasia Pura en la Cuina".
