WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
We will learn step by step how to make kombucha and, most importantly, how to enjoy this ancient beverage by turning it into a mocktail. Javier Caballero will teach us to combine different flavors and create non-alcoholic cocktails that will not only surprise you but also delight you.

In this edition, the emblematic Sal Maldon brand will once again act as the guiding thread of a programme of workshops, through which the versatility of salt in different areas of gastronomy will be demonstrated.
