WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

In this workshop we will learn the theoretical and practical foundations for fermenting vegetables at home in a simple and safe way. We will make sauerkraut using seasonal vegetables, which we will season with natural ingredients to make a very special fermented product, delicious and healthy!
