We will learn how to make vegan, healthy and gluten free chocolate almond cookies suitable for the whole family. Each participant will be able to make their own biscuit dough (in pairs, for example) and take it home to bake.
Lorena Salas is the chef behind Dates and Avocados, a project that aims to teach a creative, 100% natural, plant-based pastry, free of refined and processed ingredients through her social networks, her online cooking school Áurea and the in-person workshops she organizes in her studio in Barcelona.
