WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

A gastronomic experience where chocolate is the undoubted protagonist. We will taste different drinks and ice creams that enhance the flavor of chocolate and show us the different cocoa profiles and the chocolate elaboration processes.

LOT ROASTERS

Úrsula Pérez Pomar and Cristian Larrosa are the artisans behind Lot Roasters, a lab where they make and experiment with cocoa and coffee processes. They traveled through Ecuador, Peru and the Amazon to learn all the secrets of cocoa and transfer them to Barcelona.

WORKSHOP BY SAL MALDON

In this edition, the emblematic Sal Maldon brand will once again act as the guiding thread of a programme of workshops, through which the versatility of salt in different areas of gastronomy will be demonstrated.
