WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
In this workshop, we will learn vegan and healthy pastry recipes that, in addition to being delicious, will help you easily and quickly satisfy your sweet cravings, using simple cooking techniques and easily accessible ingredients.
These are the recipes we will work on in the workshop:
BYKATE
Bykate is a specialty café located in the Gracia neighborhood, offering a selection of brunch and artisanal pastries. In addition to international pastries, it has a wide range of Argentine specialties. Their bakery supplies other cafés and restaurants around the city.
WORKSHOP BY KAIKU BEGETAL
Kaiku Begetal, founded in Donostia (San Sebastián), is a brand from the Kaiku family that focuses on plant-based drinks, yogurts, and desserts that elevate any recipe by adding a different touch. More information about Kaiku Begetal
APPLIANCES BY SMEG
