WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

In this workshop, we will learn vegan and healthy pastry recipes that, in addition to being delicious, will help you easily and quickly satisfy your sweet cravings, using simple cooking techniques and easily accessible ingredients.

These are the recipes we will work on in the workshop:

  • Recipe 1: No-bake vegan mango and coconut cheesecake.
  • Recipe 2: Individual chocolate mousse desserts with nut praline, red fruits, and caramelized banana.
  • Recipe 3: Coconut and red fruit smoothie.

BYKATE

Bykate is a specialty café located in the Gracia neighborhood, offering a selection of brunch and artisanal pastries. In addition to international pastries, it has a wide range of Argentine specialties. Their bakery supplies other cafés and restaurants around the city.
