WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Do you know which vegetables are needed to make a good vegetable broth? In this workshop, you will not only learn the recipe but also unleash your creativity by turning vegetables into sculptures.
Children will find a table full of seasonal organic vegetables and, through play, transform them into little figures for the broth. While playing, they will discover the essential ingredients of a good broth and take home the recipe to prepare with their family, either by cooking their creation in a tasty broth or by baking the figure to accompany a delicious seasonal cream, also included in the recipe booklet.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Bon Aprofit is a project that brings fruits and vegetables closer to children and adults in a fun, creative, and healthy way, through workshops that turn produce into edible and artistic creations.
