ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
We are bringing together four renowned voices from the gastronomic sector to reflect on conscious consumption and the importance of our decisions as consumers.
An unmissable gathering where we will explore how our food choices impact sustainability, gastronomy and the local economy.
Participants include Rafa Peña from Gresca, Alexis Peñalver from La Pubilla, Carla Gili from Olis Anècdota, and Daniele Rossi from Slow Food and Rasoterra.
All of them will share their experience and vision to inspire a more responsible way of consuming, and will comment their point of view on the gastronomic scene in Barcelona.
The session will be moderated by Viqui Sanglas, co-founder of All Those Food Market.
