WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Literature & Wine is a unique gathering centered on 'Coragre', the only novel by Nora Ephron, writer and director of films such as When Harry Met Sally, with the participation of its Catalan translator, Ariadna Pous. A hilarious and bittersweet story that turns tragedy into comedy, where adultery, group therapy, and a meat stew mix with sharp humor.
The session is designed to connect reading with personal experiences, creating a shared conversation space. An evening of literature and natural wines from La Natural to explore and enjoy, no prior reading required.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A session led by three different literary initiatives that have come together in a special collaboration for this edition of All Those Food Market:
- Una Formiga Reads: Instagram channel created by Esther Izquierdo, focused on literature and travel. It has a community of over 50k followers who share a passion for literature and culture.
- Lletraferida: Book club run by Alba Luna and Clara Mansió, in a relaxed atmosphere surrounded by wine and coffee, with conversations balancing humor, personal experience, and connection to literature.
- Señoras que leen: Collaborative book club led by Txell Hernández-Gil, organizing events to give visibility to literature written by women. A reading community space combining conversations, book exchanges, and cultural activities to share the love of reading.
