WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
In this workshop we’ll discover three different ways of preparing coffee (Italian with moka, Brazilian, and Arabic), explore their aromas and stories, and use them to create three mini tiramisùs. This way, we’ll be able to taste how the dessert changes depending on the coffee used, while also sharing a bit of the history of tiramisu.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Mamma Tiramisu was born with the aim of bringing the authentic Italian tiramisu recipe, enriched with modern and exotic touches. David, who learned the recipe from his grandmother in Rome, and Caterina, passionate about mascarpone cream and creating memorable experiences, combine tradition and innovation in Barcelona. With care and dedication, they offer a tiramisù made to be enjoyed on any special occasion.
