WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Learn the history of Tête de Moine cheese through a storytelling session, explore all the different varieties and the fun ways to work with them, make cheese flowers, and taste them. It makes everyone wish they were a kid again! Additionally, we will conclude by handing out comic books for the children to color and take home as a keepsake.
ANA BELÉN RODRIGUEZ CRUZ
Ana Belén Cruz is a cheese professional and a great enthusiast for working with children. She works at EPC, a company that distributes both national and international cheeses. She handles the administrative side while also conducting cheese tastings for clients and organizing workshops for children and adults.
QUESOS DE SUIZA
In this edition, Quesos de Suiza offers a unique experience through a workshop featuring Tête de Moine as the star, bringing the tradition of cheesemaking to life and sharing the values of artisanal products with young children.

The spots for the workshop are free of charge, but limited to 12 children per workshop.
To sign up for the workshops, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the activity starts at the Mini All Those area and joining the waiting list for the workshop you wish to attend.
Alternatively, for those who cannot or do not want to arrive very early and want to ensure a spot, we offer the option to reserve in advance before the event. To reserve in advance, we ask for a symbolic payment of €2 through our website. This payment is requested as a commitment to ensure that you will attend the workshop if you reserve a spot. The payment guarantees that your spot will be held until 10 minutes before the activity starts. We ask that to confirm your spot, you arrive at the workshop area at least 10 minutes before the activity begins and give your name to the person in charge of the list. If you do not do so, the spot will be assigned to another child present and on the waiting list, to ensure that the workshops are fully attended and enjoyed by as many children as possible.
When booking a spot for a children's workshop, an accompanying adult's entry to the festival is included. Children under 12 enter free of charge.
