In this workshop, we will taste 4 natural wines while learning how a small winemaker operates. Come and discover honest wines!
LA CANÍBAL
At the end of 2018, La Caníbal opened in Lavapiés as a restaurant and bar with a unique selection of honest wines on tap and by the bottle, authentic beers, and farmhouse cheeses. Three years later, it was joined by a little sister: La Grifería, in Madrid Río, and La Fábrica de San Blas, where they brew their own beers. These establishments are dedicated to high-quality artisanal products and their own productions.
