WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
We will learn the techniques to make chocolates and we will give them color and flavor with natural ingredients such as wild flowers and plants.
deBosc
deBosc is a small family business dedicated to the cultivation of edible plants and flowers that supplies gastronomic restaurants in Girona. We live in Montseny, so we know the wild plants in our environment and their uses. We carry out various workshops disseminating the recovery of wild flora in various fields.
