WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
We will discover single-origin chocolate bars and the most surprising creations we make with other products, such as croissants from Acid Bakehouse or butter from La Jarradilla.
This workshop will be led by Elena Pujol.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Puchero is a specialty coffee roastery and a bean-to-bar chocolate maker. Puchero was founded in 2015 in a small village in the south of Valladolid.
We reflect the uniqueness of each origin in every bar and incorporate the best local products around us to create the bars we call "creations.
