WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
In this workshop, guided by Claudia Vignatti and Marianella Castillo, meditation and creative visualization teachers, you will embark on a journey inward, using the power of cocoa, meditation and visualization to connect with your future self. Through a series of practices and dynamics, you will immerse yourself in a state of expanded consciousness where you can explore your deepest dreams and aspirations.

Do you know that every Thursday at 7am we meet to meditate in Barceloneta? We are Claudia Vignatti and Marianella Castillo and we have created Sunny Side Up, the active community in Barcelona that propels you towards a new state of consciousness through dynamic activities, keeping you constant with your growth without losing motivation.
This community has been created because we see the need to unite individuals who want to share and share who wish to experience a fuller life. Furthermore, Barcelona is a diverse city, and we believe that our community can contribute to strengthening the ties between the people who live there. In short, Sunny Side Up has been created to inspire, motivate and connect people on their journey towards a more conscious life with their personal and spiritual growth.
