WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
In this workshop Massimo will bring you closer to the world of the master ice cream maker. The challenge is to learn how to make ice cream at home as if you were in a small artisan workshop. Through recipes and ingredients chosen together with the participants, he will share tips, methods and some of his secrets.
DelaCrem
Massimo Pignata opened DelaCrem in 2010 where he makes artisanal ice creams of different flavors. One of its main purposes is innovation mixed with tradition, offering classic and seasonal flavors and creating new recipes and flavors.
