We will taste wines made using biodynamic and regenerative farming methods in vineyards, with minimal intervention in the winery (natural wines).
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We are the fourth generation of farmers located in Alt Penedès Montserratí (Sant Llorenç d’Hortons), producing everything from wines to honey, from grape must to olive oil.
Everything is crafted following biodynamic and regenerative farming methods, where crops, animals, and people coexist in harmony.
