WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Discover the world of specialty coffee through a guided tasting where we will explore its origins and different processes, and learn to identify aromas and flavor profiles... putting it all into practice, cup by cup.
We will taste a selection of coffees roasted in Barcelona with diverse profiles, understand which factors influence their development, and answer all your questions. This experience is designed to leave you with knowledge, confidence and the certainty to choose your next coffee with your own criteria. No prior experience is necessary to participate.
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
The Cupping Club Barcelona organizes coffee tastings and talks for both professionals and coffee lovers. With extensive experience in the industry, they share their knowledge with those who wish to delve deeper into the world of coffee and understand it from both a technical and sensory perspective.
WHAT WILL YOU GAIN FROM THE EXPERIENCE?
We will taste different specialty coffees and share the flavors we identify as a group, later diving into why those notes appear in the cup and which factors influence their development.
