WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
A workshop to discover the joy of making bread as a family. We will knead a simple dough and prepare a small loaf with chocolate chips while learning the basic steps of baking.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Mònica de la Asunción Hernández is the founder of BonsFocs, a project that revives open-fire cooking as a way to gather and connect with the product. Through workshops and gastronomic experiences, she shares a warm and respectful perspective on cooking and the local territory.

Activity aimed at children aged 6 to 12.
When booking a spot for a children's workshop, the entrance for one accompanying adult to the festival is included. Children under 12 enter for free.
