PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Mònica de la Asunción Hernández is the founder of BonsFocs, a project that revives open-fire cooking as a way to gather and connect with the product. Through workshops and gastronomic experiences, she shares a warm and respectful perspective on cooking and the local territory.
