WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
A practical and hands-on workshop to learn how to grow hot peppers at home from scratch. We will discover the plant's life cycle, varieties, the ideal substrate, watering, and light... and we will put it all into practice.
Each participant will transplant their own plant into a biodegradable pot to take home, and will also sow a seed in order to understand the complete process from its origin. An experience designed to leave with knowledge, confidence and a touch of your own heat.
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Quins Pebrots! was born in 2020 from four hot pepper plants and is now a benchmark for spicy products in Catalonia. They grow chilis using regenerative, chemical-free techniques, transforming part of the harvest into local, artisanal salts and seasonings. Furthermore, they share the culture of spice through workshops, collaborations, and gastronomic activities.
WHAT WILL YOU GAIN FROM THE EXPERIENCE?
You will learn the basics of growing hot peppers: you will prepare the substrate, transplant a seedling, and sow a seed to understand the entire process from the very beginning. You will take home a live plant and the essential keys to caring for it at home.
