WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
A fun workshop to discover what it really means to cook with seasonal products. We will get to know fresh, local ingredients and prepare a small culinary creation with them.
NACHO BALLESTA
Nacho Ballesta is the creative director at The Foodtellers, a digital marketing expert, and a Brand Ambassador for Patagonia. He combines his work in communication with outreach focused on food, sustainability, and gastronomic culture.

Activity aimed at children aged 6 to 12.
When booking a spot for a children's workshop, the entrance for one accompanying adult to the festival is included. Children under 12 enter for free.
