WORKSHOP DESCRIPION
Collaborative workshop where you will learn to make three very versatile plant-based sauces where California walnuts will be the main ingredient. We will see how to combine each of them in the best way. At the end of the workshop, you will receive a recipe book and a sample of each sauce to continue experimenting at home.
MORREIG
Morreig is born out of a passion for gastronomy, particularly in the realm of pastry and dough, ice cream, and baking by Matthieu Atzenhoffer, Gemma Gamo, and Alba Ruiz. From the premises at 25 Verdi Street, the three of them work daily to uphold artisan pastry, made with high-quality natural ingredients and rooted in both tradition and innovation.

The mission of Nous de Califòrnia is to encourage you to discover all the benefits of the nuts as a nutritious and versatile ingredient, as well as a fantastic vegetable option to include in creative and delicious recipes.
