WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
In this workshop, you will learn how to make a sourdough starter for baking and how to keep it alive. You will receive all the technical explanations and put your learning into practice so you can continue the experience at home.
PA DE KILO
Pa de Kilo is an artisanal bakery that works with sourdough. Every morning, they manually light the oven they have in El Raval to offer us specialty breads made with sourdough.
