WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
In this workshop, you will learn how to make the Japanese ferment nukazuke and experiment with it. There will also be a tasting session where we will share our impressions.

Natsumi Nakamori produces and sells ferments, conducts workshops on Japanese and Asian ferments, and also teaches healthy Japanese cooking.
