WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
In this workshop, we will learn about chocolate and its main ingredient, cocoa, as well as its different parts. At the same time, we will learn how to taste chocolate and sample a variety of chocolates made with cocoa from different origins.
KAITXO
KAITXO is one of the pioneering companies at the national level in bean-to-bar chocolate production (as well as being the first specialty coffee micro-roaster in Bizkaia). It was officially founded in 2017 after its founders, Mikel and Raquel, had previous experience in the worlds of both chocolate and coffee. We use cocoa from different origins to create our chocolates, with diverse organoleptic profiles and ingredients that make tasting chocolates a journey of flavors...
