Learn the history of Tête de Moine AOP cheese through a storyteller, see all the varieties available and all the fun ways it can be worked with, make cheese flowers, and taste it. That way, we all want to be kids again! In addition, we will end by giving out comics for them to color and take home as a souvenir.
Tête de Moine AOP is the only cheese in the world where the hay flower becomes a cheese flower. Gluten-free, lactose-free, 100% natural, and handcrafted with raw milk from cows that graze on hay, grass, and flowers.
