A session designed to introduce you to the world of wine and help you feel at ease with what’s in your glass.

We’ll explore the essentials of understanding white wine: how to taste and form your own opinion, as well as the winemaking process and the importance of origin. Expect a guided tasting, an open conversation, and plenty of room for spontaneity.

JÉRÔME

Jérôme Siffermann has been immersed in the world of high-quality, artisanal, and natural wines for over 15 years. He has built his expertise through tastings, travels, and meetings with producers. He has been with Cuvée 3000 for more than a decade, having previously worked at Lavinia (Paris) and Wein & Glas (Berlin).

He enjoys sharing his passion for wine with an open and curious mindset, remaining attentive to the sector's evolution while avoiding labels or narrow perspectives.

WHAT WILL YOU GET FROM THIS EXPERIENCE?

You will learn to taste with a discerning palate—identifying aromas, textures, and the imprint left by fermentation on a white wine. You will discover how origin and the winemaking process shape what ends up in your glass, and you will leave with the know-how to order wine confidently next time.
