EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION

Three sessions designed to introduce you to the world of wine and help you feel confident about what’s in your glass.

In these tastings, we’ll explore the essentials of the wine world: how to taste and form your own opinion, as well as understanding winemaking and the importance of origin. Expect guided tastings, open conversation, and plenty of room for spontaneity.

  • Session 1: White wines and fermentation

What’s happening in my glass? By what miracle did that grape turn into this delicious treat?

In this session, we’ll understand the winemaking process—starting with the fruit, moving through fermentation, and looking at the importance of origin.

A guided tasting focused on white wines, through which we’ll begin to develop our own judgment and identify our personal tastes.

  • Session 2: Red wines and terroir

Did you say "tannin"? And why will Priorat never be Burgundy, nor Burgundy ever be Priorat?

The second stop on your wine journey: reds and *terroir*. You’ll discover how soil, climate, and the producer’s touch translate into character in the glass, with practical tasting tips and plenty of room for debate and regional comparisons.

  • Session 3: Special wines and geeky favorites

Orange wine? Rosé? Bubbles? Let’s take it a step further! Taste and learn about these unique styles and discover which ones really excite you.

We wrap up this introductory trilogy with the most distinctive styles: taste and explore unconventional wines and discover which ones truly resonate with you. A more playful session—ideal for those daring enough to step beyond the obvious and broaden their horizons.
