Do you know what Korea has in common with the Central European regions? They both lacto fermented to store food in their harsh and cold winters!

Learn how to make your own kimchi and sauerkraut at home the easy way. Robert Ruiz from LOV ferments will teach you how to carry out this fermentation safely so that you can season all your dishes. Plus you can get a boat with kimchi!


LOV ferments is a company dedicated to the creation and production of new generation fermented foods, especially beverages.
