Sílvia Culell, renowned sommelier and journalist, wine communication expert, as well as current member of the Bullipedia editorial team, will join us. She also owns two restaurant businesses and continues to share, through tastings and training, her passion for wine and communication.
Silvia will accompany you during this trip between the different cavas of our beloved region.

Under the mention of D.O. Cava quality sparkling wines are brought together, made through the traditional method thanks to which the wine undergoes a second alcoholic fermentation in the bottle. The geographical and human particularities of each bottle, together with the traditional way of elaboration, form part of the idiosyncrasy of this product.
