WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Learn to make plant-based truffles and brownies. We'll go through the entire process together and finish by tasting the final result that we will incorporate chilli salt and pink salt to give a special touch to our preparations. The workshop is demonstrative, but there's always the option for volunteers to participate.
SON SU CHOCOLATES
Marta Toledo is a chef and pastry chef specializing in 100% plant-based cuisine, and Son•su Chocolates is the project where she brings to life all kinds of chocolate-based creations—completely vegan, artisanal, and plastic-free. Chocolate nougats are the specialty of the house.
WORKSHOP BY MALDON SALT
In this edition, the emblematic Sal Maldon brand will once again act as the guiding thread of a programme of workshops, through which the versatility of salt in different areas of gastronomy will be demonstrated.
