WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION 

In this workshop, you will learn to create handmade vegan fresh pasta with natural dyes, transforming flour and vegetables into vibrant varieties without the need for machinery. Lluvia will guide you from the preparation of the dough to the shaping, finishing with a tasting of your creation, such as a delicious pesto with Maldon garlic salt. Perfect for food lovers, seekers of creative vegan options, and enthusiasts of sustainable cooking.

Lacci is the project that chef Lluvia Caron has founded to bring her passion for artisan pasta to life. Through workshops, private events and pop ups she offers culinary and educational experiences that celebrate pasta in its most creative and 100% vegetable form.
